Dear filmmakers,

Do you want to interact with top international film directors in a multicultural summer workshop in Bologna, Italy (June 23rd - July8th)?

The workshop aims to help develop young auteurs' identity using a mentoring process as a fundamental method, in order to give birth to your individual esthetic.

We got 5 attendance grants for the International Filmmaking Academy summer workshop: we can offer attendance fee for a special price of 2.000 euros instead of 2.500 euros. 3 grants for EU filmmakers and 2 for extra-EU filmmakers. Attendance fee grants, of 500 euros each, includes:

• 7 days full immersion workshop in Directing with Cristian Mungiu, numerous Cannes awards including a Palme d’Or, Golden Globe nominee  scriptwriter, director and eminent representative of the Romanian Nouvelle Vague. He was a member of the Jury headed by Steven Spielberg at the 66th Festival de Cannes and in 2017 he was the President of the Cinefondation and Short Films Jury at the Festival de Cannes in 2017.

Cristian Mungiu will mentor you through a total filmmaking process from script to final edit.

• 9 days participation at the 32nd Il Cinema Ritrovato Film Festival a real cinematographic paradise and one of the most prestigious film festivals in the world specializing in restored and classic cinema.

• 3 days workshop in Virtual Reality Exploration of VR language, VR screenwriting and creating immersive narrative experiences under the supervision of world's virtual reality specialists.

• 16 nights accommodation in Bologna city center (June 23rd - July 9th)
