35th FILMSCHOOLFEST MUNICH, November 15 – 21, 2015

After the great success of last year’s festival, we invite you to submit the latest and most exciting works of your school's current short film production for the 2015 INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM COMPETITION. Participants can look forward to several generous cash prizes.

In addition, you are invited to participate in our two special competitions.

For the eighth time, the CLIMATE CLIPS Award and € 5,000 go to the best clip on climate change. Moreover, there are second and third prizes: The second best rated clip will get € 3,000 and the short film on the third place a € 1,000 award.

These clips can be documentaries, fiction, comedies or dramas – all forms of artistic expression are allowed. They just have to be one thing - convincing! The prize is sponsored by the Nagelschneider Foundation for Renewable Energy.

For the fourth time, the special competition for the HOFBRÄU TROPHY will be held as part of this year’s festival. We invite you to participate in the run for the most original Hofbräu beer commercial, sponsored by the brewery Staatliches Hofbräuhaus in Muenchen. The winner will take home € 5,000! Simply be creative! The call for entries for this special competition is open now! Submit your film and get the trophy (in the best case)!
